My latest scultpture "Repatterning the Shards" is now on display in Second Life at my Gallery Freenote on the third floor of the Tiatopia Art Gallery.

NEW FEATURED EXHIBIT - "Natural Magic"
The new featured exhibit is "Natural Magic". SL is magical and the areas of natural and extra-natural landscapes are no exception. This is a series of imagistic SL photographs drawn from a number of the beautiful natural and extra-natural SL environments.

NEW SCULPTURE: "Lightening the Load" is now on exhibit in my Gallery Freenote and will be one of three sculptures in the Vista Hermosa Art Center's exhibition "Black & White" opening June 26th.

"Light Dancer" is Featured Exhibit at Gallery Freenote

The current featured exhibit at my Gallery Freenote is "Light Dancer", a large series of abstract and imagistic SL photographs from the works of performance artist Cellandra Zon. The are vibrant, colorful and emotions, as is Cellandra's work. Cellandra creates a unique experience in SL using music, dance, costumes, sets and stunning particle work. Creating my art from her art is such a joy.

Gallery Freenote in New Art Lovers Ring

The people in the Galleries of Second Life gallery owners group have created a new Art Lovers Ring. Gallery Freenote is one of the first of more than twenty galleries in the ring. Visit the gallery, click the ring welcome sign for info on the ring, then find and click the LM/gift sign (as shown above) for a free gift of art and a landmark to the next gallery in the ring. You can start anywhere on the ring. Each gallery will have a free gift for you. And you will see some wonderful work!

I am in an art fair during the month of February occupying the central Quad of Tiatopia Island. A number of wonderful artists are exhibiting, along with an art auction for charity. My newest sculpture "Hope Anyway" is also displayed on the grounds (picture coming soon) as well as in my gallery on the second floor of the Tiatopia Fine Art Center.

Gallery Freenote - Thanks for the Great Grand Opening!

Thank you to all my dear friends and fans who made the Grand Opening of the new Gallery Freenote such a success. Over sixty people visited during that two hours. We had a fabulous time on Sunday afternoon, thanks to all of you, and to my dear friends Xavian Starsider who DJ'd for us and Ganjo Mokeev who rocked the house with his fantastic live performance.


The dust has settled, but the gallery is now open for all to visit anytime. Gallery Freenote is located on the second floor of the Tiatopia Art Gallery on Tiatopia Island. A few of my sculptures are also on display on the roof garden. And there are an additional four of my sculptures outside around the central Quad of the sim.

My latest sculpture is finished, entitled "Puzzled". It will be shown in the new Gallery Freenote on Tiatopia Island starting now. Gallery Freenote occupies the second floor of the Tiatopia Fine Art Gallery.

A New Home for Gallery Freenote

I am in the process of moving Gallery Freenote from the French Quarter sim to Tiatopia Island. It will now occupy most of the second floor of the Tiatopia Fine Art Gallery, along with some of the rooftop sculpture garden. It is a lovely and much larger space and I can show a lot more of my work there.

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM GALLERY FREENOTE

A very happy New Year to you all. Changes are afoot at Gallery Freenote. The first few days of February I will be moving the gallery from the current location in the French Quarter sim over to its new home on the second floor of the Tiatopia Fine Arts Center on Tiatopia Island. Tia Macbain and Dorian Longstaff have graciously invited me to occupy most of the second floor there which will allow me to show more work and consolidate my work from several locations. The Quad on the island already displays 4 of my sculptures in each elemental area, plus another 4 on the rooftop sculpture garden of the Fine Arts Center. Look for notices of the move and a Grand Opening Party!

Sim owner Tia MacBain has given me the entire central Quad at Tiatopia Island to exhibit my sculptures for the month of October. Nine of my sculptures are on display in and around this central park space, including my newest "Rekindling".

"Rekindling" Lights New Sim

My new sculpture "Rekindling" is now placed on the Quad in the new Tiatopia sim. The Quad is divided into four elements: Wind, Water, Earth and Fire. One of my sculptures is in each section. "Rekindling" is in the Fire section in front of the live music venue Steampipe Alley.
